It started small — a single spot on Main Street in Clarence with one goal: serve authentic Mexican food the right way, at a price that made sense. The dining room filled up fast.
No shortcuts in the kitchen
Warm crispy chips, fresh salsa, fajitas still sizzling on cast iron. Grandma's mole — made with real Mexican chocolate — is still on the menu.
Grown one regular at a time
Williamsville came next, then Niagara Falls Blvd — each location earned through regulars who brought their friends, who brought their families. A few even cross the Canadian border for it.
The bar is part of the story
House margaritas, cold Modelo, tequila cocktails at the serape-stool bar — the drink side of El Ranchito is taken just as seriously as the food.
